Director of Business Development

TabTale is looking for a proactive and passionate Director of Business Development to lead new, innovative and impactful business-initiatives. You will

engage and manage relationships with strategic Business Partners and leading Game

Developers, as well as work closely with app distribution partners (Apple, Google) in order to drive TabTale’s global game distribution strategy. You will also

be responsible for deep business & product strategies informed by competitive analysis, customer engagements and more.

  • Drive partnership performance, engage with key potential partners/ Game Developers and build the brand among industry leaders
  • Develop, maintain and improve global business relationships with leading strategic distribution partners at Apple, Google, Amazon, Facebook and other platforms
  • Ensure our amazing portfolio of mobile games receives world-class merchandising placement on the mobile store fronts, both during and after initial launch
  • Build and develop TabTale’s community of Game Developers and make sure they become our champions/ ambassadors all over the globe
  • Define Business Development processes, goals and KPIs as our growing startup continues to scale
  • Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners
  • Facilitate marketing activities from partners to maximize visibility of TabTale games
  • Use data and conduct research to build compelling business cases for feature adoption, promotional programs and other channel activities
  • Explore and push for new impactful business initiatives

  • A born leader who takes initiative and thinks like a startup
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following: business development/ corporate strategy/ venture-capital/ management consulting/ strategic marketing, or similar.
  • Vast experience in the Mobile and/ or Gaming industries
  • B.A/B.Sc. in an analytical discipline (engineering, mathematics, economics, law, etc.)
  • Strategic thinking coupled with the ability to drive change end to end from concept to execution
  • Self-starter who proactively seeks ways to improve
  • Exercises professional judgment to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Ability to lead and project-manage across multiple functional areas
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Data driven decision maker with fantastic analytical skills
  • People’s person with a natural ability to manage strategic business relationships
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Experience presenting to C-level and senior-level audiences
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans
  • Fluent in English - a must
  • Frequent traveling to events: Strong Presentation skills required
